CANCELLATION POLICIES

Non refundable: Non-refundable: If you cancel, modify the booking, or don't show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation. The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.

Flex D-5: You can cancel for free until 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

As a reminder, in our sector (hospitality), the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply.
